The owner will personally help you out. They have delivery for hot tubs and swim spa. They do repair work for all items still under warranty. Jeff is the owner. He is knowledgeable and polite. Jenny works as a store manager. She is very polite and sincere with her help. I would recommend buying any spa related item from them. They back what they sell and charge a very fair amount for all of their products. They do not try to upset or convince customers they need extra items that are not necessary. The atmosphere is friendly and up to date on the latest technology.

The folks at Spa City were great. Got the tub we wanted with more features and less expensive than their local competition delivered and hooked up within a couple days. When the cover that would have come with the tub was not going to work where we wanted it, Spa City went the extra mile and brought one that would work, ordered us a new one that fits perfectly and delivered and installed it at no charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

It’s recommended to test your spa water at least 2-3 times a week. Regular testing helps maintain proper chemical balance, ensuring a safe and enjoyable spa experience. Use test strips or a digital tester for accurate results.

Essential spa chemicals include sanitizers (like chlorine or bromine), pH adjusters, alkalinity increasers, and shock treatments. You may also need water softeners, clarifiers, and scale preventers depending on your water quality and spa usage.

  • To extend your spa filter’s life, clean it regularly (every 2-4 weeks) with a filter cleaner solution. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning. Deep clean the filter every 3-4 months, and replace it annually or as recommended by the manufacturer. Maintaining proper water chemistry also helps prolong filter life.
